Policies of Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We hope you’re pleased with your order and the service we provided. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return stock items that are in perfect intact condition as you received them within 30 days of order receipt. Please ensure that every item is returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged with the original packaging and labels. Any returns outside the 30-day time frame or the returned items are in improper conditions might only be accepted at our discretion. All the returns and exchanges need the pre-authorization from us. Before sending off your return package, please contact graduateproofficial@gmail.com for prior consent and the addressee’s address. Once your parcel is picked up by the courier, please well preserve the printed return invoice or receipt and inform us the tracking number and the logistics service provider via returnsandexchanges@graduate-pro.com. We’ll inspect all returns upon receipt and reserve the right to decline any refund or exchange requests if the received items are in inappropriate conditions. You’ll be notified by our customer service representative or email once your return has been successfully received, inspected and processed. The refunds (the former shipping expenses are not included) will then be issued to the original payment method within 30 days after the return is being verified. Please note that the refunds could take up to 8 business days to show on your account considering diverse processing times between payment providers. If the exchange is applicable, the replaced parcel will be shipped out at the receipt of the returned merchandise with an email notification. In general, GraduatePro won’t cover the return shipping charges back and forth unless you could precisely prove your order is returned owing to our fault such as quality defects, incorrect color, unfitting sizes, or delayed handling time.
Cancellation Policy
Our customers have every right to withdraw the order of any in-stock items at any time before the package is handed over to the carriers. Once your order is turned over to the collector, any forms of cancellations are not accepted. Additionally, any attempt of refusing to signing for the parcel will be treated as suspicious behaviors and won’t get a refund until the returned parcel is well-received.
Personalized Items
In principle, we are not able to accept any returns or exchanges on personalized merchandise unless the customization requirements are mismatched. If it’s our negligence, we’ll either refund the full amount of the transaction within the 10 working days or resend the updated items within 2 weeks. We’re sorry to state that any items bearing any type of customization cannot be cancelled once you placed your order.
Demaged / Incorrect / Defective Goods
All our items in our warehouses will be carefully checked and inspected by our experienced quality assurance and packing team. We’ve been constantly working on delivering the tiptop and seamless customer shopping experience. If you receive an item which is demaged, wrong or defective, please send the photo proof to graduateproofficial@gmail.com and one of our customer service representative will promptly follow up your case and contact you to give you a satisfactory solution.
Missing Goods
If your parcel has gone missing and all of the consignee information is accurate, we’ll either resend your parcel for free or refund the full payment to you at your request. We assume no responsibility for any address errors.
