All orders are dispatched from either China or the United States via one of our courier partners to the countries as belows. When the order is successfully placed on GraduatePro, an email will be sent out to your inbox confirming the details of your order. In rare circumstances, emails from us might automatically move to the trash folder. Please feel free to contact us through Facebook message or emails if there is no email received or any other questions regarding your order. To keep you noted on the progress of your order, our system will send further email notifications with the tracking number included as your parcel is shipped out. We are endeavored to deliver your goods the next day of your order in as few packages as possible. However, the handling time for inventory products may take up to 3 business days and your items will be dispatched separately in some instances. By and large, the processing time on custom orders varies from 4 to 6 weeks. You can still pay an extra fee for the expedited processing time of 1 to 3 weeks. On top of that, please be aware that the following delivery time is estimated from the date on which the parcel is handed over to the courier rather than the date of your order.
Our courier partners generally deliver the packages right to your doorstep on working days. They might also send your parcel on to local post office, your neighbors or door keepers. If so, they will notify you where your package is left by a text message. If the receiver is absent at the time of delivery, they will directly call you to arrange the next delivery attempt. GraduatePro is not responsible for any forms of delivery failure or delay if the address the customer provided to us is inaccurate or undeliverable. Concerning various regulations and policies of custom duties, taxes, clearance and handling processes in a multitude of countries, our customers still have a chance to be contacted by the customs to pay for the tariffs. The representative from our logistics partners may contact you to request a copy of your ID card so as to finish the customs procedure. Nonetheless, it’s inevitable sometimes and could cause delay in delivery. In such cases, we won’t undertake any responsibilities.
